Sphynxy provides FREE Worldwide Express Shipping with all orders.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. It is always in our best interest to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner and Sphynxy will assist as much as possible to track a missing shipment, however it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Sphynxy does not take responsibility for any orders that go missing in transit. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Sphynxy is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs of delayed shipping product availability. If you are outside our serviceable region, you may incur an additional shipping fee. Depending on your shipping location and associated cost of sending your order, we may contact you via email to notify you of additional cost of shipping. If this additional cost is approved by you, we will email you the additional invoice. Your order will not be dispatched from our warehouse until the fee has been agreed and paid. Sphynxy is in no way responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges, charged to the customer by the shipping service.
